Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving
your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If there are any reasons that may extend the timeline beyond 1 to 2 business days or any other impacts
to our shipping ability outside of our control, we will inform you by email or have notices posted on our
website.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For shipping to addresses in Canada, we use Purolator as our carrier. Rates and estimates for delivery
are listed when checking out. The two options are:
Shipping option Estimated delivery time
Purolator Ground 2 to 14+ business days
Purolator Express 2 to 4+ business days
International Shipping
We offer international shipping through DHL
Express which ships to over 220 countries
worldwide.
If your country is unavailable to shipping via
DHL and you would like Bilge Clean products please contact us.

* Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a
shipment reaches your destination country. Bilge Clean LTD is not responsible for these charges if they
are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. *
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking
number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become
available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please
contact us at info@bilgeclean.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Our carriers should be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes but if there are any issues please contact us.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only valid if made within 30 days of purchase on unused units returned in their
original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
